This was taken during my tasteless and defenceless trip
Spot two differences (Excluding the padlock) and you could save money going with another company
This was taken at Stansted in the 'Ryan Air' section. Along with many other faults: They chose an alternative flight time for me for my return journey without my authority and when I tried to complain I couldn't get through, all emails were returned, and I was told it was not their problem and I had to pay another flight price (now a one way journey £140); I couldn't get my boarding pass online and had to pay £75 from Warsaw to Stansted o top of the original ticket price; Coming back I couldn't download a boarding pass online and they charged me another £121 to allow it (plus 1.5 hrs online trying to get it sorted at a cost of £9 at the airport, and £2 for printing one page as they do not give change in the machines); Then when I go to check in my luggage and I'm informed my luggage was overweight. when I go to remove items I discover that my single key on a plastic tag keyring weighs 100g (4oz) alone.
Ryan Air are out to get as much money out of you after selling you a 'cheap flight' and they are extremely rude and un-cooperative, leaving women in tears as I experienced first-hand on Monday and Tuesday.
